Knowing the history of an institution such as Cornell is essential for understanding the present state of the school and building an educated outlook towards the future. Ithacating in Cornell Heights is an independent student blog focusing on the history of Cornell University and the development of its physical facilities, as well as those of the surrounding area. Entries concerning history are updated frequently and care has been taken to keep the entries factually accurate. I always have my camera with me, and many photos from my personal collection are included in the blog entries.
