Dryden plans to start its own farmer's market this summer!
The Dryden village board met March 6th to discuss and solidify plans for Dryden’s own market at the Dryden Agway. Rough sketches of the proposal have been shown to the board revealing that the market can have up to 10 different vendors, with participation free of charge. Kelly Ritter who works at the Agway store is currently in the process of looking for vendors who sell vegetables, crafts and prepared foods. The farmer’s market is expected to run every Saturday from 9 to 1 beginning June 21st until the end of August.
