The 8th Annual 21 Run is just around the corner and WVBR wants to see you there! Hosted by the Cornell Men's Lacrosse team, the 21 Run honors the late Mario St. George Boiardi, former captain of the lacrosse team and #21. Each year, the run benefits the Family Reading Partnership as we support children's literacy in our community.
Featuring a 5K walk/run, a children's storytime, food, raffles, and prizes, the 21 Run takes place this Sunday, April 22nd at the Cornell Plantations on Forest Home Drive in Ithaca. The WVBR Rock n' Roll Patrol will be on hand as well, pumping tunes and getting you ready for the 5K!
Registration opens at 10am and the 5K walk/run itself kicks off at 12:21pm at the Cornell Plantations. We'll see you there as we rock out and support children's literacy in our community.
