Jordan Gremli is the Director of Product at Warner Music Group, where he leads the strategy and development for all artist and fan engagement products, including Songkick.

Gremli earned a degree in Atmospheric Science from Cornell University but spent most of his undergraduate years at WVBR, serving as General Manager and Program Director. This experience led directly to his first role at SiriusXM. He has since held leadership positions at Spotify, Sofar Sounds, DICE, and Utopia Music. Gremli’s career has been dedicated to providing artists and their teams with the data and technology necessary to develop all aspects of their careers.

He resides in London with his family and has chaired the CMG Board of Directors since 2017.

Logan Altheim is the President and CEO of All Time Deals, LLC. an E-commerce business that focuses on industrial and consumer electronics. He has an enormous affinity for all things music, radio or artist related. He discovered WVBR his Sophomore year and has been heavily involved ever since. He previously served as CMG President, Electric Buffalo Records Co-President, and WVBR Marketing Director. One of his favorite WVBR memories is photographing a Khalid concert with the Marketing Team.

Michael Beyman

Board Member

Mike Beyman is the Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy and Operations at ADWEEK. Previously, Mike was VP Corporate Strategy and Development for Condé Nast- leading partnerships with new and emerging technology platforms and supporting the development of Condé Nast’s growth in video, audio, and film and tv. Mike was also a consultant with McKinsey and Company. Earlier in his career, he was a Field Producer for CNBC Business News, producing award winning documentaries on topics of economic interest. Mike re-joined the board in 2020 after serving from 2011-2017. While at WVBR, he was News Director, overseeing weekend talk programming and the station’s outreach to the Cornell and Ithaca Community. He received his MBA from Columbia Business School in 2017 and a BA in Economics from Cornell University in 2010.

Eric Blumberg

Eric Blumberg is a civil/geotechnical engineer at GeoDesign, Inc. In his role as Project Engineer, he is responsible for leading soil investigations, design, and construction oversight for various underground structures, including retaining walls and building foundations. Eric graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering in 2014 and received his M.Eng. in 2015. During his time at WVBR, he held various roles including weekly DJ, Chief Operator, and two years as Program Director. He has served on the Board since 2018, focusing his efforts primarily on the Music Programming committee, which he leads.

Lee Dannay

Lee Dannay is the Head of A&R at Thirty Tigers, a leading independent label services company specializing in marketing, distribution, and creative support for a distinguished roster of independent artists. With over 30 years in A&R and music publishing, Lee’s career includes senior executive roles at Columbia and Epic Records, and Warner/Chappell Music. She has played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of acclaimed artists such as John Mayer, Brandi Carlile, Moby, and many more, and currently works with artists including Corinne Bailey Rae, Amos Lee, Bruce Hornsby, Béla Fleck and Taj Mahal.

Lee is actively involved in numerous industry organizations and serves as the President of the NY chapter of the Recording Academy. She volunteers with Musicians on Call, mentors for She Is the Music and Grammy U, and serves on the boards of We Are Moving the Needle, Music Will and the Cornell Media Guild. Lee is also an adjunct professor at NYU’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music.

Corey Ryan Earle is a visiting lecturer at Cornell University, where he has taught a popular class on the history of Cornell since 2011. He serves as a Cornell history resource person for departments and organizations across campus while working in Alumni Affairs & Development. Passionate about the value of history and traditions in building community and sense of belonging, Corey received his B.S. in communication from Cornell University in 2007 and M.A. in higher education administration and leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University in 2017. He previously served as board president of The History Center in Tompkins County and has served on the Cornell Media Guild board of directors since 2015.

Larry Epstein is a former media executive and Professor Emeritus at Drexel University, and has served on the CMG Board of Directors since 1999. His expertise is in media and arts management and entrepreneurship, with a focus on financial matters and general management. He is a former President/GM of the Guild and currently hosts a show on WVBR-FM and wvbr.com Wednesdays from 9AM to 1PM.

Howard Greenstein

Howard Greenstein

Board Member

Howard Greenstein is the Executive Director at Temple Shaaray Tefila in Bedford Corners, NY. His career spans nonprofit, technology, management and education.

Greenstein’s career spans organizations such as Microsoft, J.P.Morgan, and New York University, as well as several start-ups. At the Twin Towers Fund, he managed the distribution of $168MM to families of rescue workers who perished on 9/11 and worked on the creation of America's Camp for their children.

Greenstein has been an Adjunct Lecturer in Nonprofit Management Columbia University and NYU SPS. He volunteers on the Cornell Council, Class Council, Cornell Club of Rockland County, and Cornell Media Guild. As a student, Howard was a DJ, sportscaster, salesperson and assistant promotions director. He holds a B.S. from Cornell ILR, and an M.P.S. from NYU Tisch School of the Arts’ Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP).

Lara Mosby is Director of Community Engagement at The Syracuse Orchestra, overseeing outreach, marketing, and grant management. Before joining the orchestra in 2020, Lara worked in the radio industry. She spent 3 years in Syracuse radio and 20+ years in Johnstown, PA. In Johnstown, she began as an evening personality and held various positions at WMTZ, WFGI, and WKYE including music director and program director. In 2018, Lara was promoted to oversee operations at Forever Media's seven-station cluster. Lara started her broadcast journey at WVBR as a DJ and she also spent time as a WVBR news anchor/reporter, training director, and production director. Lara has a master's degree in Television-Radio-Film from Syracuse University and a bachelor's degree in English from Cornell ('91).

Will Swartzentruber is a recent graduate currently working as a Project Manager for Epic in Madison, Wisconsin. Will served as General Manager and Electric Buffalo Records Co-President for the 2023-2024 school year and as Studio Director in the 2022-2023 school year.

Whit Watson

Board Member

Whit Watson started his broadcasting career at WVBR as a freshman, eventually serving as Sports Director and member of the Guild. He’s been a studio anchor and play-by-play host for ESPN, FOX, and Golf Channel, along with radio work at Westwood One. He continues as a freelance broadcaster while hosting a local golf radio show in his hometown of Orlando.
