The Ithaca Bus Terminal was slated to close at the end of July, but City of Ithaca officials tell us the facility will stay open for now. 14850 Today reported a few weeks ago that, after serving passengers traveling to and from the Ithaca area for more than a century, the transit landmark in the west end would close.

City of Ithaca chief of staff Dan Cogan says, “we are looking at keeping the buses at the west end station for a few months, until we have a permanent solution in place.”
