ITHACA—Tompkins County Public Library is pleased to offer a workshop in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Wednesday, January 15, 2020, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, in the Library’s BorgWarner Community Room East.
Becca Harber will lead this introductory workshop in EFT, which is used to help people become free of unwanted patterns of behavior, feelings, and reactions, and sometimes, physical problems. It involves creating and using a relevant personal affirmation, tapping certain acupuncture points, and another short process for independent use. Harber has learned EFT from Gary Craig’s Emotional Freedom Technique Handbook, and uses it herself. This workshop will include a demonstration of the Emotional Freedom Technique and allow participants time to practice it on themselves.
This free program does not require registration.
Becca Harber facilitates psychodrama groups, teaches about medicinal herbs, holistic health, and Nonviolent Communication, makes Red Eft herbal tinctures, and writes, sings, and dances in the community.
