Thursday October 17th, 2019 (Ithaca, NY) --- There have been multiple reports about power outages in different locations in the local area over the course of the day. NYSEG estimates that anywhere from hundreds to thousands of people in each of the 9 identified affected regions in and neighboring Ithaca have been affected (See map for more details).
