ITHACA—Tompkins County Public Library will offer a four-part series in Inner Wisdom Meditation, weekly on Thursdays, starting January 9, 2020, from 7:00 to 8:00 pm, in the Library’s BorgWarner Community Room West.
Inner Wisdom Meditation is an informal process that involves guided meditation with deep reflective questioning. Its purpose is to assist in accessing new levels of understanding, awareness, wisdom, and answers from the mind’s super-conscious part.
At these sessions, led by Lisa Margaret, guided meditation and deep relaxation techniques will be used to help participants obtain this deeper super-conscious state in order to access inner wisdom. In accessing this wisdom, participants can gain a higher understanding of life and their purpose in the world.
Lisa Margaret has been teaching Inner Wisdom Meditation, Soul Writing, and other courses in Ithaca and around Western New York since 2007. Besides being a raw food vegan chef, she is also a Certified Life Coach, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Holistic Wellness and a Master’s in Transpersonal Psychology.
This program is free and open to the public but space is limited, and advance registration is required. Register online atwww.tcpl.org/events/inner-wisdom-meditation-lisa-margaret-2.
