One of the promises made by President Trump during his campaign is tougher immigration policies, and critics continue to raise questions at what cost? Last November, a portion of the border was shut down, as thousands of U.S. military personnel and Border Patrol officers violently combatted Central American migrants seeking political asylum -- going as far as using rubber bullets and tear gas. WVBR’s Florenz Gilly interviews Cornell Law Professor Stephen Yale-Loehr to discuss the situation.
